This week, I had the honor of attending the final CSRA SHRM chapter meeting of the year as we celebrated the accomplishments of our 2025 Board Members and welcomed the incoming 2026 leadership team.
Moments like these are always meaningful because they remind me how important strong leadership, collaboration, and service are within the HR profession. Being part of an organization that is committed to supporting HR professionals across the CSRA has been both rewarding and inspiring.
